Marketing and AI
I know this market from the agency side and from the client side. Today I do most things myself, with AI tools.

Why I know what I'm talking about
I worked in marketing for eleven years: new business, key accounts, campaigns. I managed budgets of around three million złoty (PLN) a year and ran campaigns for pharmaceutical and real estate brands, including one with a budget of 1.2 million złoty. In one year I delivered four times the target.
I learned two things there. First: it doesn't matter how good the creative looks if nobody knows what's supposed to happen after people see it. Second: most of the budget gets wasted at the stage where nobody asked “why?”.
What I do today
- Websites and landing pages, built as static files, fast and cheap to run, with tracking from day one.
- Video made with AI tools. I made the music video for “Wszystko jest proste” entirely with AI and submitted it to the AI International Music Video Festival in Hollywood.
- Automations and agents: things that collect data, keep track of deadlines and prepare materials on their own, instead of eating up someone's day.
- Campaigns and outreach: writing to people who are “impossible to reach”. Usually they aren't.
How I work
I don't sell tools or a consulting subscription. I'm interested in one thing: what needs to change, and how we'll know it has. If that can't be said in two sentences, there's no point starting.
I don't run “how to become an AI expert” trainings. People ask me where I learned all this, and I'm happy to point them to sources, but I don't sell a course.
