Stage and effects
Confetti, cold sparks, smoke and blasts. Run from the desk and timed to the song, not fired off on a hunch.

I started with my own band, because I wanted our show to feel like an event, not just a set being played. Then other people started asking.
What I do
- Confetti: stage launchers, paper that meets the venue's requirements.
- Cold sparks: fountains of cold sparks, safe indoors and under low ceilings.
- Smoke and low fog: building the light, not hiding the band.
- CO2 blasts: precise hits on the chorus.
- DMX control: everything programmed into banks and triggered at specific moments in the song.
- Video: animations and visuals synced to the set, multi-camera recording.
Who I've done it for
At Bangarang Festival 7 (2026) I did all the effects myself: pyro, confetti, CO2 blasts and smoke, from planning to running it from the desk. You can see it best in the festival's official aftermovie: Bangarang 7, Aftermovie 2026.
The effects ran during the sets of four bands. Among them the Czech band Gutalax, a legend of the European grindcore scene who play Brutal Assault and Obscene Extreme, and the Finnish band Awake Again, who have played Wacken Open Air, Ruisrock and Tuska and whose recordings have passed eight million plays.
At the 40th anniversary of Farben Lehre in Płock (Summer Fall, 29 August 2026) I also ran the effects for the show.
Plus our own 4dziki show at more than a hundred concerts.
How it works in practice
- A conversation: what venue, what stage, how many people, what's allowed.
- An effects plan: which effect, at which moment of the song and why. An effect without a reason is wasted money.
- Arrangements with the venue: permits, safety measures, fire regulations.
- Setup and rehearsal: rig, DMX addresses, banks, a run through the setlist.
- The show: run live from the desk.
- Load-out.
For venues and promoters: the full equipment list and safety rules are in the effects rider.
Before you get in touch
Have ready: the date, city, venue, rough audience size, whether the stage is covered and whether the venue allows pyrotechnic effects. With that I can tell you right away what makes sense and what doesn't.
